Jane Tynan Consultant (03) 9605 1700 Jane combines an empathic personal style with an analytical approach to complex property matters, and a sensitive handling of children’s matters, with a particular interest in international relocation issues. Jane Tynan has practised exclusively in the area of family law since 2000. After a background in business, Jane commenced her legal career as a commercial litigator, and draws on this experience when managing property disputes involving business and corporate structures, and taxation issues. She has also represented corporate third parties in property disputes. Jane is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Law Institute of Victoria.
